(10) Confit Chicken Wings
House, Buffalo, Mongolian or Thai Chili. Confit is a cooking term generally meaning cooked in oil or fat. Our wings are slow cooked in duck fat to make them rich and tender then deep-fried to make them crispy on the outside. The wings are then tossed in choice of wing sauce and served with blue cheese or ranch. Additional Sauce $.50$12
